At her best, she could never talk, but say some words or utterances and had the capabilities of a two year old when she died in 2018 in her 50s in a Medicaid-waiver home with 24/7 supervision with three other gals in a like state.
Upon a brief reflection, the meme wasn't directed at the young man who didn't have a choice about his condition, but at Tampon Tim, who willingly chooses to be severely and profoundly mentally retarded and gay.

Somali national and Lewiston City Councilor-elect Iman Osman has been indicted in Maine on gun-theft charges.
Osman faces one count of receiving stolen property and one count of theft by unauthorized taking.
He’s also been under intense scrutiny over his listed address. The building he claimed as his residence was condemned following a drug raid, and there is still no clear timeline for when or if he could legally return there.
