The Ukrainian Army is collapsing after having lost 1.7 million soldiers. The Ukrainians plan their military actions based upon PR stunts 
for their EU begging for billions events. They have no reserves so they pull thousands of active soldiers from Sumy and
another front to send them to Kupyansk. Last year they pulled 3,000 construction workers who had been bust fortifying entrenched 
positions for their troops to retreat to after their the fall of Bakhmut. They were not trained soldiers so they all died but did prolong the battle for 
a few days. The Russians are preparing Odessa for a combined sea and helicopter assault which will cut Ukraine off from rail supplies 
from Romania and all shipping supplies.

In the current retreat Ukrainian soldiers killed a colonel who was trying to get them to retreat to another position. The men
decided they would live longer if they surrendered.
