I must have caught what Esso has. I just woke up and am coughing and sneezing. Canceled the rest of Christmas.

I am taking Zinc and one ionophore every few hours. On hand I have Green tea extract and Quercetin. Zinc naturally

kills any virus once it gets inside the cell. Bit it needs ab ionophore (ion bearer) to get it past the lipid barrier of the

cell wall. Hydroxychloroquine is another ionophore made famous in Covid. That and Ivermectin are available

over the counter in most African countries which why so few of them died from Covid and the vaxx.

I am getting better slightly with my Quercetin, Green tea extract and Zinc. I take it 4 times a day. so I just took Green Teas extract with zinc. In a fe hours my last meal of the day will be with Quercetin and zinc.
