Minnesota Statute 3.971, Subdivision 9, establishes an obligation for "obligated officers" of organizations subject to audit to promptly notify the legislative auditor when they obtain information indicating that public money or other public resources may have been used for an unlawful purpose, or when they obtain information indicating that government data classified as not public under chapter 13 may have been accessed by or provided to a person without lawful authorization. An "obligated officer" is defined as the organization’s chief executive officer, deputy and assistant chief executive officers, chief administrative, chief financial, chief information, and chief investigative officers, heads of divisions, bureaus, departments, institutes, or other organizational units, and the board chair where applicable. The legislative auditor is required to coordinate an investigation of such allegations with appropriate law enforcement officials as necessary.

A bridge in India fell into the River Ganges for the second time in a year while it was still under-construction. This is literally the Mississippi of India. We would assume their best were working this project? Note* - No Foreign labor appears to have been involved in this incident. ** Construction Quality was cited as the cause.
