Based on the most recent information available, the USS Abraham Lincoln is currently heading toward the Middle East from the South China Sea and is expected to arrive in the region within the coming days.
The carrier strike group, which includes several guided-missile destroyers, was ordered to redeploy to the Middle East last week.Additionally, satellite imagery shows the USS Nimitz has been operating in the Arabian Sea, the Gulf of Oman, and the Persian Gulf, and was spotted for a port visit in Dubai on Monday.
