Newly uncovered footage from two weeks ago shows a man the BBC believes to be Alex Pretti spitting at ICE agents and kicking out a taillight on their SUV.

As I watched the first videos I noticed the suspect trying to pull his pistol from his back side . He gave a few tugs but couldn't get it out .  Mind you this was after the shove and the pepper spray.  

Still it was his choice to try and go for it .

He was quickly clearly disarmed 

Then they executed him. 
Manslaughter... Murder.. either way he died unarmed because they disarmed him.

They could of spent their energy super gluing every car door or snipping every tire valve stem

Instead they stand around , blow whistles, and die .

Dumb just dumb 

On all sides.
