I didn't figure you did, I thought as 4um's resident health guru, you might find that interesting.
Kim and I will have a snack sometimes when we're upstairs watching a movie.
3 out of 4 were on the bad list.
I might have to rethink that on my next grocery run.

I sent away for a cocoa supplement that has several times the flavonoids of any other chocolate. And it has zero
cadmium and lead.I am supposed to take one serving a day to look younger. I am thinkng I could take two a day and 
start dating again. Maybe even college girls!!
