An American goes to the ER for high blood pressure. He’s there less than TWO hours. No surgery. No scans. The bill comes back at $41,297 — even AFTER he’s paid his FULL out-of-pocket max. This isn’t healthcare — it’s extortion

𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗡’𝗦 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗥 Reports indicate that Washington has quietly approached several intermediaries, including Russia, Oman, and Turkey, seeking a path toward a ceasefire and a way to halt the rapidly escalating conflict. Through these channels, the United States is attempting to open negotiations and contain a war whose consequences are becoming increasingly difficult to control. In response, Iran has reportedly outlined a set of conditions that would form the basis for ending the war. 1- The agreement must be formally written and approved by the U.S. Congress, ensuring that no future American president can unilaterally withdraw from it, as happened previously. 2- A binding and permanent U.S. commitment never to launch a military attack against Iran, directly or through proxies. 3- The complete withdrawal of U.S. military forces and bases from West Asia, ending the American military footprint across the region. 4- The full and immediate release of all Iranian funds and financial assets frozen abroad. 5- The complete removal of all economic sanctions imposed on Iran, along with guarantees that they will not be reimposed in the future. 6- Israel must withdraw its forces from Lebanese territory. 7- A clear and enforceable commitment from Israel to respect any ceasefire and end all violations against Lebanon. If Washington accepts these terms, the war could come to an immediate halt and a new balance of power may begin to take shape across West Asia. If they are rejected, the conflict will not simply continue, it will deepen. What began as a regional confrontation could evolve into a prolonged war of attrition capable of draining American power, eroding its credibility, and placing immense political pressure on the presidency of Donald Trump. At that point, the war would no longer be just a battlefield struggle in the Middle East, but a strategic fire threatening to consume the authority and prestige of the American empire itself.

(Surprised, no mention of Gaza and the Palestinians.)

I haven't heard what my little ER misadventure on 2Feb is gonna cost yet.
I was so uncooperative, they had hospital security take me home since I didn't have my phone.
I wasn't there very long, maybe six hours or so. Once my legs started working again, I was ready to get the hell out.

Nattokinase lowers blood pressure by eliminating plaque in the arteries.

Take a Cayenne capsule with every meal.

I take Krill oil for most of my Omega 3. It has some of the best anti-inflammatory available.

My problem was a fall on the ice/snow that temporarily paralyzed my legs.
Even as stressed as I was while being held captive, my BP was only 130/90.
Goddamned Rainman and Chris couldn't get me up.
They should've dragged me in the house and dumped me on the couch, not call the EMS.

I take the supplements you've recommended in the past, including nattokinase. Kim has no idea what they're for except the basic ones, C, D, zinc, omega3, etc.
I just ordered a new prostate supplement (saw palmetto) today that's supposed to be the ultimate.
The Force Factor Prostate Advanced isn't gettin' the job done as well as it used to.
Kimmy recommended FlowMax, I think she said. I'll be damned if I take an Rx. My dicq would probably fall off and my life would be over.

Doctors are all good & fine if they're smokin' hot and you're knockin' boots with them.
Other than that, their utility is limited. Unless you're bleeding out.
Kim doesn't cook, her sewing ability may be limited.
No knockin' boots between Dr. Horse and Esso. Sorry.

FWIW, my 'doctor' in the ER never saw me. Maybe looked at data the nurses sent to him.
Of course, Kimmy looked at the chart or record whatever they call it. She thinks I should sue them.

The nurses did take great delight in taking turns holding my penis to pee in the badly designed piss vessel.
Sometimes I had two at a time. It was quite an embarrassing experience.

The 'diagnosis' and course of treatment really had Kim's panties in a twist.
I might take Kim's advice and sue them. We'll see what the bill looks like.

They really blew it, TBH.

Iran should also insist as a cease fire term that Israel must end its nuke secrecy and open it's nuclear weapons to international inspection and monitoring, and sign the non-proliferation agreement.
