Aspirin uncouples mitochondria increasing the speed of the metabolism and increasing the amount of heat your body produces. Aspirin shifts your body towards glucose metabolism which over time can feasibly cure diseases like cancer and diabetes.. which are caused by impaired glucose metabolism.

Not only that but shifting the body towards glucose metabolism obviously makes the body more efficient at burning glucose.. which provides a performance boost during exercise because when the body needs energy fast it uses glucose. Your body using glucose more efficiently also provides a performance boost by increasing the amount of CO2 your body produces which increases vasodilation, increases the amount of oxygen your blood carries, and is also anti inflammatory decreasing muscle soreness in a few ways.. by fighting general inflammation and also by reducing lactate buildup allowing your muscles to work harder for longer.

Aspirin reduces inflammation in a plethora of ways including blocking prostaglandin formation. Aspirin blocks cortisol and adrenaline. Aspirin blocks serotonin. Prolactin. Helps with pain. Like I mentioned before it also helps with blood flow and in large doses has been shown to be as effective for erectile dysfunction as viagra. This is not an exhaustive list of the benefits of aspirin. Far from it. It’s just a few but it just goes to show how many benefits it has because this post barely scratches the surface.

They say a girl named Lily walked into a police K9 auction with just a jar of coins.

These aren’t ordinary dogs. Retired K9s are heroes, and bidders come ready to pay thousands.

But Lily came for Max—the shepherd who served with her mother, Officer Hannah Parker. With her gone, Max was all she had left.

Bidding climbed into the thousands. Lily stepped forward and offered everything she had: $52.16.

The room went quiet.

Then Max broke free, went straight to Lily, and stayed. No one bid again.

Because some things aren’t bought.

They’re chosen.

Another example of Leftist-Liberal Democrats PROJECTING!

Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist who portrayed President Trump as a sexual predator and pedo in his Anti-Trump cartoons … is now ARRESTED for possessing over 134 videos of child SA material!

This is Darrin Bell the Sacramento based artist who built his entire career drawing disgusting cartoons that smeared Donald Trump as some kind of sexual deviant while collecting his awards and pretending to speak for the disenfranchised.

He won the Pulitzer for his so-called daring work attacking the Trump administration and he loved projecting every sick accusation imaginable onto the president.

Now the mask is off.

Sacramento County sheriffs arrested this 49 year old hypocrite after linking him to 134 videos of child SA material plus computer generated child pornography making him the first person charged under Californias new law against AI created CSAM.

The same man who spent years lecturing everyone about morality got caught with the real thing on his devices.

The lefts favorite attack dog is finally exposed for exactly what he is.

I knew JFK would be assassinated even before the election.
I knew the Vietnam war was coming before 1960. I saw magazine articles promoting it while Ike was still Prez.
My brother and I avoided that war.

Chris broke out his ZTR today to cut grass. I think this is the earliest ever. He texted me that he'll do mine tomorrow or Tuesday. Said he's got a bunch of household chores to knock out before he goes to work tonight.
I remember a bad ice storm, pre-1976, when my dad was still alive on my birthday in the first week of April.
Temps are supposed to be in the low 70s tomorrow and almost in the 80s Tues.
Crazy weather for NE Indiana.

Of course, that's not me.

I have a customer just a few years older than me was Special Forces in Nam, he's still alive but I haven't seen him in about a year he had a couple strokes three years ago and Alzheimer's set in. another one is a Air Force vet who got drafted in '61, he's had Alzheimer's from before I met him about four years ago, he wasn't too bad then just a reintroduction every time we mowed. He's in a care center now with his wife on his heels. It's hard to see people go like that. He used to restore model T Fords.

The only VN vet extant I'm in contact with now is Doug here at 4um. He's a great guy.

He told the funniest story about coming home from the 'Nam about having to walk home after his Mom picked him up because going over 15km/h freaked him out.
I think it was Kimmy that got such a kick out of that story that she would've given him a BJ if he wasn't in Texas.
It was an endearing story, I can't remember all the details, and Kim is upstairs yakkin' with her little sister in Carbondale.

"He used to restore model T Fords."

That was my plan with cars until 'Texting Woman' about killed me when she hit me head-on in a car crash in 2013. I never saw it coming. Thankfully.
It triggered something in my body with arthritis so bad that I can barely write. Something happened like that with my sister's late husband.

Steinbeck had something to say about that, "The best laid plans of mice and men..."

Fortunately, the old lady, Janice, was as poor as a church mouse, so I've saved a shit-ton of money on financial advisors over the years.
Five years down the road, my shyster lawyer wanted to take the old lady's house in the 'Meadow Ghetto' (Meadowbrook) in New Haven.
It ended there. I had enough problems going on with my injuries and subsequent divorce without having to worry about demolishing a worthless house.

Why couldn't it have been Elon's mother, Maye Musk?
It just is what it is.

I worry about having to do that with Dr. Kimmy when her Biden forced clot-shots catch up to her.

The Clown Car has big doors, so hopefully I wont drop her getting her in or out, I hope.

Do you understand what happened in the last 72 hours..

Egypt shut down its shops at 9pm, mandated work-from-home Sundays, and the government internally called it "war economy mode".. four days after the IMF praised them and unlocked $2,300,000,000..

Turkey's central bank burned through $30,000,000,000 in March defending the lira.. the finance minister everyone called a genius is now considering SELLING the national gold reserves..

Pakistan's PM went on national TV on Eid and announced government salary cuts and a 50% fuel allocation reduction.. they approved a $358,000,000 "austerity fund" and nobody asked austerity from what..

Russia banned cash exports above $100,000 and gold bars above 100 grams.. Putin signed it March 26.. called it fighting the shadow economy..

Iraq banned 22 banks from USD transactions.. cashless mandate for ALL government institutions coming July 2026..

South Korea launched a literal wartime economic response body on March 25.. the prime minister chairs it..

India secretly created a $6,700,000,000 Economic Stabilisation Fund.. it wasn't in the news.. it was buried in a budget supplement..

Lebanon's currency collapsed 98%.. the war added $14,000,000,000 in damage on top..

every single government on this list told their citizens "the economy is doing fine" within the last 30 days..

all of this.. a single week..

if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..

it's only getting crazier from here.
