(What do you guys with actual building experience think of Roman concrete?

I want to build using a mixture of biochar and some form of concrete either, modern or Roman. 
Romans did hot mixing- see the video. I want to add biochar which is normally used to 
make a healthy soil which lasts as long as 700 plus years.)

(By adding biochar to concrete I can make homes  that will be 
Faraday cages, meaning they will block electromagnetic waves which will make us
healthier. Biochar also stops mold from growing inside the home. If you mix biochar and
concrete, you can cure the forms in one fifth the time by using an electric current. I would like 
to ty this using these Roman formulas as modern concrete has a 50 year term limit or life span. 
There is a bridge in Rome built 2,100 years ago that still has pedestrian traffic. America has $4 trillion 
worth of infrastructure needing repair partially due to the inadequacies of Portland Cement. Some people 
have commented that the Romans used sea water for its minerals to make a superior build.)

any ferric items like iron rebar will react to the saltwater which causes the layers in the iron to delaminate expanding in the concrete until that section fails, calcium chloride is what makes cement cement, in the farming industry it is used with water for fluid filled tires if there was any chance of a freeze, eats everything it touches. farmers living on the main gravel roads would lay it down on the road in front of the house to seal in the dust limestone where I grew up.

Thanks. All practical experience helps. Biochar has been used with concrete and rebar.
And electricity haaas been used to shorten the time it takes to set forms.
I would have to test hot mixing with biochar.

concrete that takes a longer period to cure will cure harder than fast cured, interior slabs can take up to 7 years to fully cure exterior slabs may never fully cure if the thickness is excessive or the ground the pour is on has a high moisture content. the mine shop I worked at in Yorktown VA was poured in 1943 as a Depth Charge plant on swampy soil with the max thickness of 21 feet it was not fully cured when I left in '96.
