 It is the same in the prison. When I was detained in the detention center in Being, the situation was just like this. Within the cell, there was a huge wooden board for everyone to sit on in daytime and sleep in the night. Beside the board was a hole in the ground for everyone to do their “business” while being watched by everyone else.

 Opposite to the hole (toilet) was a sink for everyone to wash their hands, faces and clothes.

 We never got a shower in the detention center. We didn’t have hot water either. The best we could do was to wipe our bodies with a towel, even in the coldest winter.

 Everything was designed that way for the inmates to watch over one another.

 Privacy and human rights? What privacy? What human rights? Nonsense!
