15 Fermented Foods Your Body Is Begging For

(Sauerkraut should be made from red cabbage because the color red indicates it is an anthocyanin (Greek for blue flower.) Resveratrol is an anthocyanin. Anthocyanins are anti-inflammatories. Cabbage is a a cruciferous vegetable which prevents cancer and dementia. Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable as are brussel sprouts, cauliflower, bok choy, kale and Napa cabbage. Kimchi is made from Napa cabbage.

Broccoli seed sprouts are as much as 100 times powerful than the broccoli crown. But broccoli seeds sprouts also detoxify the body of microplastics. Modern people are in danger of becoming human plastic hybrids.

My idea is that we begin by making sauerkraut from high anthocyanin red cabbage but add in an equal amount of broccoli seed sprouts to make a product that would detoxify our bodies while preventing many diseases.

Try using raw honey to transform garlic, ginger and turmeric into a modern preventive medication.

Please try these ideas. I want to apply them as soon as I move from here to a rural area.

The Evidence DMSO Could Save Millions From Brain and Spinal Injury

•DMSO is a remarkably safe chemical that protects cells from otherwise fatal stressors (e.g., freezing, burning, shockwaves, ischemia). Since the heart, brain, and spinal cord are particularly vulnerable to injury, DMSO can produce miraculous results for those conditions.

•The usage of DMSO completely transforms the management of strokes (including brain bleeds), heart attacks, and spinal cord injuries. As I will show here, had the FDA not sabotaged DMSO’s adoption, in addition to countless lives being saved, millions could have been protected from a lifetime of disability or paralysis.

One of the greatest guitarists of all time. Peripheral neuropathy so severe he cannot hold a pick. He did the right thing, he said. He wanted to perform. He wanted to tour. He got the shot. He wrote a song about it called "Enough's Enough." The UK media crushed him for saying it out loud. He said it anyway.

They created the obesity crisis and now the cure is eating their own lunch

PepsiCo just closed two Frito-Lay plants. 430 workers in California and 454 in Florida. Campbell's shut its chip factory in Massachusetts. Smucker took a nearly $1 billion loss on Twinkies. Hershey's confectionery volumes fell 5% in a single quarter. The reason is one molecule. Semaglutide. I manufacture chemicals. 23% of American households now have a GLP-1 user. Each one consumes roughly 800 fewer calories per day. J.P. Morgan estimates a $30-55 billion annual demand reduction in food. Nestle launched its first new American brand in three decades, built for people who eat less. The $12 trillion food industry employs 30% of the global workforce. A single molecule is restructuring what humans eat. The companies that ignored it got fried. Chemistry is always the bottleneck.

The hilarious thing about this is, if they chose to not engineer this food with the worst chemicals / poison slop, people wouldn’t be so sick and obese, and feel the need to get on GLP1’s in the first place, they made their customers repulsed with eating their products with how unhappy they were with their bodies, so they preferred shooting in drugs just to feel healthy again.

 Lesson in there

China forces factory workers to shit in open toilets right next to the assembly line

No walls no doors zero privacy while they build your phones and gadgets.

Real footage from an electronics factory in mainland China: Workers are forced to use a completely open toilet placed right next to the production line — with zero privacy.

No walls. No doors. No curtains.

It is the same in the prison. When I was detained in the detention center in Being, the situation was just like this. Within the cell, there was a huge wooden board for everyone to sit on in daytime and sleep in the night. Beside the board was a hole in the ground for everyone to do their “business” while being watched by everyone else.

Opposite to the hole (toilet) was a sink for everyone to wash their hands, faces and clothes.

We never got a shower in the detention center. We didn’t have hot water either. The best we could do was to wipe our bodies with a towel, even in the coldest winter.

Everything was designed that way for the inmates to watch over one another.

Privacy and human rights? What privacy? What human rights? Nonsense!

The following ideas should be used to contrast what America to what it has become. Epstein America has ceased to be Good. It will soon cease to be Great.

Who actually originated “America is great because it is good”?

1. It was not Tocqueville.Multiple fact‑checking investigations show that the quote appears nowhere in Democracy in America or any of Tocqueville’s writings. Scholars have been debunking this misattribution for decades.

2. The earliest known precursor (1835): Andrew Reed & James Matheson. Reed and Matheson, English ministers

who traveled in the U.S. in the 1830s, wrote a line that is widely considered the earliest ancestor of the modern quote:

“America will be great if America is good. If not, her greatness will vanish away like a morning cloud.”

This is the first documented expression linking American greatness to American goodness.

   3. Later evolution (1880s–1920s): anonymous variantsBy the late 19th and early 20th centuries, embellished versions circulated in sermons and religious magazines. A 1922 letter in Herald and Presbyter shows the quote already being attributed—incorrectly—to Tocqueville.

4. Mid‑20th century popularization: Sherwood Eddy (1941)Sherwood Eddy’s 1941 book The Kingdom of God and the American Dream quoted the line and attributed it to Tocqueville, helping cement the false connection.

  5. Late‑20th century political spreadPresidents Eisenhower, Ford, Reagan, and Clinton all repeated the misattributed quote, giving it cultural staying power.

So who “originated” the idea?Earliest identifiable source:

Andrew Reed & James Matheson (1835) — first documented expression of the idea that America’s greatness depends on its goodness.

Not Tocqueville:

The attribution is a 20th‑century myth.

4. Socialism/communism is bad.
5. Muslims suck.
6. Jews suck, not quite as bad as Muzz (see history).
7. If the Dems get back in power, you're going to prison.
8. Gov't is a bad thing.
9. Only Americans should vote.
10. Get your shit squared away or take your BS to BlueSky [The homo/pedo website].
11. Iran hasn't defeated the US, they never will.
12. Iran wasn't making weapons-grade plutonium except for nukes.

I gave Kimmy a half of  one of my sleepy-time pills (1/6th the normal dose).
She's pretty fucked up from her job.

It's hard being in the killing zone.
I shouldn't have to be prescribing pills to an MD.

I've got a nigger woman MD in Chicago that gets me whatever I prescribe as an ex-CIA contractor.

I tried to have a calm, sedate Sunday for us.
Kim's hospital group is starting their 'pandemic playbook' BS again.
I had a tube of biscuits that was about to expire, so I made us biscuits & sausage gravy for breakfast, then we just kinda snacked the rest of the day.
Kimmy wasn't too happy about going back into the killin' zone this morning.

There was over 100,000 hantavirus articles that dropped last week.
From the looks of my feeds, that's going to be 'The Big News DuJour' this week too.
That and all the usual homo/pedo/tranny nonsense.
I saw PedoBilly Gates' ugly mug so many times last week that I'm about ready to puke.
I might have to make a Costco run for a couple of barrels of generic Tums this week.

doesn't look like anyone will be held accountable for these crimes, their crimes against the peoples. now all they have to worry about is who can they employ who does not have a family member/relative harmed by those crimes. notice how no one is ever charged with shielding from prosecution, time to start locking up those who let them walk.

Yeah, it's "The Usual Suspects" at it again. Fauchi, Birx, Gates and the Dimmy early-onset vaccine dementia crowd pushing their deranged agenda.

"now all they have to worry about is who can they employ who does not have a family member/relative harmed by those crimes."

That leaves me out. Like I've said before, "It'd be nice if they would quit trying to kill us for at least one day."
