She was criticized for not resigning in protest over the Iran war, but I think her philosophy on that is easy to understand from her responses to the criticism she got when she, as congressman, visited Syria's Assad.  It was along the lines of, "Assad is the president of Syria and like it or not, regardless of what we think of Assad, good or bad, as president he is the one to negotiate with".

So her philosophy is certainly the same in regards to Trump.  There's no doubt she disagrees strongly with the decision to go to war, but resigning out of protest would be, she would argue, pointless.  And now that decision is largely vindicated now given that one of Trump's potential choices to replace her is the most emotionally unstable pro-Israel Zionist idiot in DC, Elise Stefanik.  Hopefully Trump will pick someone else, but it probably depends on if Trump is the least bit irritated with Netanyahoo yet.
