A shooting in Yonkers on Sunday August 2 left five people shot. One 20-year-old man died. Four teens ages 14 to 16 were hurt and remain in critical but stable condition. A 15-year-old boy was arrested right at the scene and charged with murder plus attempted murder and weapons counts. Police call it a targeted group (meaning racial) violence incident. Religious Jews attack Christian monastery in Jerusalem (VIDEO)

 

Six religious Jews have been arrested after attacking the historic St. James Armenian Monastery in Jerusalem’s Old City, according to Israeli police.

The group, consisting of five minors and one adult, were caught on video spitting on and banging against the monastery entrance on Sunday night before throwing stones at the walls of the compound, which serves as the regional headquarters of the Armenian Church.

When an Armenian woman began filming the attack from a nearby building, the assailants hurled stones toward her window and shouted abuse at her.
