The modern world began in the 1600s. Professor Sachs lauded Sir Francis Bacon for his advocacy of Empiricism which argued for a new role for science in organizing human affairs. When the Europeans came to the Americas, they brought with them pathogens which greatly reduced their population. This led to centuries of colonialism in Latin America and Africa. Science arose at the time of colonialism which enriched Europe. America was industrialized and expanded westward to take over the entire continent from the Atlantic to the Pacific. The US took over Hawaii in the 1890s and then the Philippines, Puerto Rico and Cuba 1898.

Britain was able to take over Africa after the invention of quinine to allow them to access the interior of the dark continent. The British Empire was the hegemony of the world until 1914. 

Sachs sees World Wars I and II as European Civil Wars. Dr Horse sees also the element of Judaism Incorporated as they used WW I to establish Russia as a Jewish-Communist state and to expand Communism into eastern Europe and China. Israel was created as a British-Jewish colony by continuing the fight against Turkiye after WW I for another year. WW I would have ended in 1915 except for the intervention of President Wilson who was told that making the war last longer would bankrupt Britain, France, Germany and Russia thus making New York the world's financial capitol

At the end of WW II, the holdovers of the Franklin Delano van Rosenfeld administration gave North Kores to Joe Stalin to expand Communism into Koreas and set up the Korean war. Previously, the German military had sent two officers in March of 1939 to London to negotiate peace. They had offered to arrest Hitler if they could have peace. Her Majesty's Jewish government said No. It must be remembered that the Bank of England was privately owned, principally by the Rorhschilds from 1815 to 1946. And that in 1935-36 the Rothschild owned Bank of England had loaned $1.75 billion so he could rearm Germany and raise an army.

In 1936 the Japanese emperor offered to withdraw from China, to break their alliance with Hitler and to become an ally with America against Communist expansion in Asia. FDR said No. That means the Allies killed 58 million people and bankrupted the world outside the US in order to promote Communist expansion and to populate Israel with Jewish refugees.

At the end of WW II, we saw the rise of he Cold War. But even as a high school student I asked my fellow students why we should take the conflict with the Soviets seriously as they both had the same Bankers, the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.

 The Trilateral Commission delegation (David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger) met Gorbachev in Moscow on January 18, 1989.  They told Gorbachev the Soviet Communist regime was finished and would get no more bailouts. Valéry Giscard d'Estaing (French former President) also in attendance was there and offered Russia membership in a federated state with Europe.

  During his first US visit on September 11, 1989, Boris Yeltsin attended a meeting of the Council on Foreign Relations chaired by David Rockefeller), where he was introduced to George Kennan and Cyrus Vance.  George Kennan published "The Sources of Soviet Conduct" under that byline in the July 1947 issue of Foreign Affairs. This began the Cold War. as opposed to the hot war advocated by General Patton and Defense Secretary James Forrestal. The former was pushed from the 16th floor of a Naval hospital on May 22, 1949. The latter died on December 21, 1945, at age 60, in an Army hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. He had been paralyzed in a low-speed car accident on December 9, 1945, near Mannheim, when his staff car was struck by an Army truck.

Yeltsin's meeting in 1989 occurred after Solidarity won the first free elections in Poland on June 4, 1989 before the fall of the Berlin wall on November 9th. 

U.S. Secretary of State James Baker met with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev on February 9, 1990, in Moscow, where he stated that NATO’s jurisdiction or forces would not move "one inch eastward" if a unified Germany remained in the alliance.

The US Military Industrial Complex violated that agreement and began selling American weapons to eastern Europe and moving US missiles close enough to Moscow to threaten a nuclear first strike even though the US had inferior weapons. The Soviet S-300 air defense system of 1978 is still far superior to the US Patriot system of 2026. The US could have stolen the S-300 but preferred to make highly inferior but infinitely more expensive and profitable Patriot and THAAD interceptors which have a 0.0% chance of stopping Iran's new Fatah 2 missile.

 Bankers began looting Russia to the tune of $250 billion after the collapse of Communism and the rise of the Russian federation under President Yeltsin who was Jewish and permitted over 200 Jewish oligarchs to turn the nation into a fiefdom of corruption. 300,000 Slavic women and children have been kidnapped every year for decades. Most were sold as sex slaves with children having a life expectancy of 2 years though those sold to organ traffickers had a life expectancy of 24 hours or less.

Sachs denotes the transfer of power from Britain's hegemon to America beginning with the Bretton Woods Conference of 1944 which gave America the right to print money in the form of an International Reserve currency which allowed the US military to occupy nations and paying for it with I Owe You Nothing Federal Reserve Notes. This gave the world an illusion of sovereignty.

In reality it was the beginning of Neo-Liberalism which was the extension of Banker Occupied Governments to the Third World. The Bankers had taken over the US, Britain and other nations. The creation of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1913 by agents of the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers and the Warburgs began a process of systematically transferring wealth from those who created it those who were granted the privilege of creating interest bearing currencies. If we had alternatively, had the Treasury create Treasury Notes like Lincoln's greenbacks, 3 to 4 million Americans would not have starved to death in the 1930s.which might have prevented Hitler's rise to power. It certainly would have prevented the US from acquiring a $40 trillion "debt" paying maybe $2 trillion in interest on that fictional debt next year.

Also transferred were Britain's opium and drug dealing Empire from MI 6 to the CIA. The London Times decades ago estimated that a trillion dollars a year in illegal drugs and weapons proceeds were laundered by the Big International Banks every year. Two decades ago Asia Times magazine of Hong Kong estimated that those same Big Banks laundered $500 billion a year in off shore bribes. And you wondered why despite 80% of voters in the US and Europe favoring an action the governments always resolutely said No. 

The US Hegemon was financial backed up by the military occupation of Britain, Europe, Japan and South Korea amongst other nations. The Biden admin blew up the Nordstream pipeline and dealt a death blow to the European economy.

The US made such inferior weapons due to massive corruption that their authority relied on a lack of challenge. Catherine Austin Fitts and Dr Mark Skidmore documented $21 trillion had been stolen from two federal agencies (HUD and the Pentagon.) She said that "Missing Money" had been  laundered through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. and recycled to the corporations that run the US and the West. She also said that the Mortgage Backed Security crisis of 2007-2008 led to a Bailout costing $29 trillion which was 3 times the total value of all single family mortgages at that time. This indicated a lot of fraud. She recommended the auditing of the NY FED to recover those funds. I would also recommend the auditing of the Federal Reserve Discount Window which buys fraudulent mortgages issued by Bankers at 100 cents on the dollar despite likely have a value of zero cents. 

 Might I point out that the $21 trillion Dr Skidmore and his students documented as being "Missing" was only from 2 agencies and only from the years 1997 to 2015. The total amount is likely greater than the US national debt. And as she said it could be recovered.

Sachs pointed out that after WW II many colonies were liberated and achieved sovereignty so they could begin the process of industrialization. China ended a century of humiliation and war but the Chinese people never became sovereign by me definition. Sachs defines it as one nation state making decisions without interference from a colonial authority. I define the sovereign as the person who makes decisions. In the US people often call themselves sovereign. To them the sovereign was never the King of England and certainly the Swamp Creatures in Washington DC. But Neo-Liberalism gives the sovereign authority of decision making to Banks, the IMF and the world Bank. The US set up the SWIFT system (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) in 1973. It allows the US to use Sanctions to seize funds from individuals, companies and nations who do not obey dictated from Wall Street. The British Medial Journal, the Lancet, said that the US use of sanctions had killed an average of 538,000 people a year since 1971. That would be mainly through starvation and a lack of medical care. 

This led to the foundation Of BRICS in 2006. South Africa joined in 2010. Iran joined in 2024. 

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was founded on 15 June 2001 in Shanghai, China. India and Pakistan joined in 2017 and Iran in 2023.

Professor Sachs attributed the phenomenal growth of China to it achievement of sovereignty.

I disagree. General Marshall and the US State Dept helped to continue FDR's policy of promoting Communism. FDR had given Stalin 100 ship loads of military equipment to Stalin at Vladivostok to be used against China and Korea, not against Germany.

Chairman Mao defeated the Kuomintang (KMT) in the Chinese Civil War, with Chiang Kai-shek’s forces retreating to Taiwan on 7 December 1949.  

 The Korean War started on June 25, 1950, when North Korean forces crossed the 38th parallel to invade South Korea using weapons from FDR. Mao loved the Korean war because it allowed him to sacrifice soldiers left over from the Nationalist era while he was able to acquire newer and better weapons from Stalin.

Mao had killed 70 million Chinese during the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution. 

 Mao Zedong launched the Cultural Revolution (1966–1976) to reassert his political authority and purge perceived "bourgeois" or capitalist elements from the Chinese Communist Party and society. Mao mobilized the Red Guards, a paramilitary youth group, to attack intellectuals, party officials, and traditional cultural heritage. Millions died. Industrial output fell roughly 14% in 1967 and remained below 1966 levels through 1968. In some regions the damage was extreme — in southwest China output dropped 41%, and in Yunnan state-owned industry fell by nearly two-thirds. Factories shut down as Red Guards and rival factions fought for control, and skilled engineers, managers, and technicians were purged or sent to the countryside. This ended with his death in 1976. 

So all that growth in China came after Mao's death. 

In the 1990's President Clinton sold advanced US to China in exchange for campaign contributions which were laundered through the Central Bank of Indonesia. Clinton began preparing China for membership in the WTO ( World Trade Organization) which they joined on December 11, 2001. This was exactly 3 months after Israel with the assistance of the Obama and Bush administrations. had taken down the World Trade Center  and killed the auditors at the  Pentagon who were busy searching for the $2.3 trillion that Secretary Rumsfeld had said went "Missing." 

China's admission to the WTO allowed US and other nations to industrialize China for them. They exploited the labor of educated and skilled Chinese workers at very low wages and under harsh conditions. In that period Chinese workers lived in dormitories and living conditions were so awful that the Communists had to set up safety nets so workers could not commit suicide by jumping off balconies to their death. China also cut the value of their currency so that foreign nations could not compete against their "cheap" labor.

President's Clinton and Bush helped China by passing NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) which closed 80,000 US manufacturing plants and exported all that machinery ( and jobs) overseas to Asia and elsewhere. These actions made China an industrial super power and reduced the US to beggar status. 

Professor Sachs says this was achieved through sovereignty.

I disagree. I say sovereignty lies in the adult human being who has educated himself or herself and learned to make rational choices. 

I would conclude by commenting on the 25 years America spent fighting a "War of Terror" against Israel's neighbors after the Zionist Entity had attacked America on 9-11-2001. Putin had become President when Yeltsin resigned in 1999. The Bankers had sacked and looted Russia and she was controlled by vicious Jewish Oligarchs. This was a full decade after Francis Fukuyama had written his End of History essay in 1989 which to him meant that democracy and market capitalism had won. He was a bit premature.

The US went from that supremacy to its current status of a begging pauper and a pariah nation on  9-11-2026. Yemen controls the Bab al-Mandeb. Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz. President Trump who started the war at the insistence of Bibi Netanyahu is according to my best sources is preparing a one last aerial blasting of Iran to force them to capitulate to the US Hegemon. Iran's Foreign Secretary Abbas Araghchi is meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi to complete the ouster of the US from the Mideast.

Iran has been importing vast amounts of weapons from Russia, Pakistan, China and North Korea. Amongst these are advanced Hwasong (Mars God of war) missiles from the North Koreans which can be modified to reduce their range by cutting back on the fuel component and doubling the size of the warhead. They did that previously with the Hwasong 10mamd the Khorramshahr 4 that can hit Israel. But these new missiles could hit Diego Garcia which would eliminate all supplies from getting to America's lonely US Navy carrier Task force whose sailors had lost as much as 30 pounds from lack of food. After having depleted the US of interceptors, Iran could hit what is left of its bases in the Mideast with volleys of older missiles and drones and then with one final blow hit what the Russian satellites say is left but using the new missiles which Ted Postol says are unstoppable.  

At that point, if the US were rational we would declare sovereignty for citizens of the world. We would audit the Federal Reserve and recover tens of trillions of dollars stolen from us so we would be debt free and be able to replace Federal Reserve Notes with non-interest bearing Treasury Notes. We could recognize Chinese [people as sovereign citizens of their nation and help them free themselves from their Communist oppressors. A Case in point is the Chinese actor Alan Yu (aka Menglong Yu) who was tortured, homosexually raped and then tossed to his death on September 11, 2025, 24 years after the Israelis had taken down the world Trade Center Towers 1, 2 and 7 with controlled demolitions.

The CCP had used Yu's name to form corporations through which it had laundered hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer money that the Communists had stolen. I would point out that the Big Banks launder $500 billion a year in off shore political bribes according to Asia Times magazine some decades ago and that at least $=$200 billion od that was for Chinese Communist politicians. Perhaps we in the west could return that money to the soon to be free people of China.
