Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has filed a sweeping lawsuit against Pfizer and its CEO, Albert Bourla, accusing them of deceiving the public about the safety and transmission-prevention capabilities of Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA injection.

The 49-page complaint was filed on October 1, 2026, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and targets Pfizer and Bourla personally under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

The complaint opens with a striking line: “Those people are criminals.” That is how Bourla described people who publicly raised safety concerns about Pfizer’s COVID-19 injection.

At the center of the case is an explosive allegation: Pfizer publicly assured Americans that its COVID shot was safe while the company possessed internal and external safety information involving myocarditis, miscarriages, strokes, adverse events, and deaths.

Russia Rains Hell on Data Centers, Crippling Ukraines Command Chain & Targeting Expert

By hammering Ukraine's data centers, Russia is also depriving its adversary of the database that underpins its targeting systems, Litovkin points out.

The expert is skeptical of the Ukrainian leadership’s plans to move the data centers underground, relocate them abroad or shift to cloud services, saying they would remain vulnerable to Russian attacks.

Omega Telecom officially announced that it had ceased operations. On September 27, Russia’s Defense Ministry stated it had struck data centers operated by Omega-Telecom, Kievstar and Vodafone that provide high-speed internet services to Ukrainian forces.

In the days that followed, data centers operated by Parkovy, Ukrtelecom, Giga and Podolsky were also targeted. Earlier, Russia struck the Kosmonova data center, which supported mobile internet and Starlink satellite communications for Ukraine's military.

 Vitamin D mistake

  Requirements based on correct calculation

8,895 IU of vitamin D per day may be needed to accomplish that 97.5% of individuals achieve serum 25(OH)D values of 50 nmol/L or more.

The "Average" vs. "Individual" Mistake

(I get by with 5,000 IU daily. That is the amount Life Extension offers. Dr Rhonda Patrick takes 4,000 IU but she is a woman and needs less.)

One Year For Killing A Young Father...

A Copenhagen court has handed a one-year sentence to the African-born repeat offender who punched Swedish police officer and father of two Christian Zedig to death at a World Cup fan zone this past Summer.

The killer pleaded guilty and he will not appeal. The sentence is so lenient because under Danish law, killing a man who stepped in to 'stop a fight' is classed only as ordinary assault.

Nkumba Ludovic Tshiembe, 31, stood on a bench at Islands Brygge on 30 June, hurled beer cans at Scandinavian supporters, then drove a punch into Zedig's neck, rupturing an artery. The 32-year-old police officer from Eksjö died in hospital on 3 July, leaving a wife and two daughters. On Wednesday the Copenhagen City Court ruled one year in prison and a one-year nightlife ban was sufficient punishment.

China Says It Can Spot An F-35 With A Laser... From 38 Miles, At Night, In A Simulation

A narrow-beam laser that works best at night, needs to be pointed in roughly the right direction and tops out well inside the F-35's own missile envelope is a terminal-guidance aid at best, not a stealth killer. The real threats to the F-35 are the boring ones...
